Bayport Meadows

We were contacted by a Long Island builder with a property in Bayport he was interested in building on. We were given the opportunity to create a concept design for luxury Shingle Style condos and the entry gatehouse on the clients property. We had worked within the constraints of an already developed Site Plan from an Engineering Group that had been working on a property rezone to make the project feasible.

We came up with a Architectural dialogue, design, and color scheme that was to merge and weather with the wooded site.
