Brendan had founded NY Architectural Renderings in 2009. Upon completing his thesis year in Architecture School at the New York Institute of Technology, he continued to follow his passion for Design and Visualization. It is here that Brendan spends his time, focus and collaboration working with clients, helping them successfully present special moments in their Design. In his spare time, Brendan is studying for his ARE exam to become a licensed Architect within the State of NY.

Jake Sniadecki has a history of creating 3D Renderings & Animations for some of the top Architecture Firms in the world on some of the most prestigious and ambitious projects to date. Jake has worked with firms Foster & Partners and Zaha Hadid creating elaborate presentation renderings for conceptual and realized design work. In 2011, Jake has become managing partner where he controls and directs 3D Modeling, Rendering & Animating larger scale high rise buildings and developments within the office.
