Connecticut Estate

We were contacted by a real estate agency in Connecticut to design the interiors for an unfinished lake front estate. The property consisted of a 30,000 sq.ft. main residence and a 4 bedroom guest house with a 9 car below grade garage.

Our task was to design all interiors for the residence and provide renderings for all main spaces. The renderings were then printed large scale, mounted and posted in each of the unfinished rooms for display. The agency had used the periphery for an event of the newly offered estate with over 300 agents attending.
